Programme

Each morning, we offer a welcome tea/coffee with a small snack. Lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (packed lunch), and Thursday are included in the registration fee. Likewise, the welcome reception on Sunday evening is included. 

You can download a black-and-white copy of the programme here for printing. Please note that the programme is likely going to evolve in the weeks leading to the conference.

Our conference Poster Boards have a size of 100 cm by 210 cm. We recommend that you print your poster in size A0 and in portrait format.

The HelioSwarm team will be holding a community meeting after the main Solar Wind 17 Conference ends, from 14:00 until 17:00 on Friday. Everyone is welcome, either in person or remotely. There is no attendance fee, and it is not necessary to be registered for Solar Wind 17 to attend.
